Adecco Human Resources is currently searching and hiring applicants fluent in English for a role of English Customer Support Specialist for its client company in Lisbon.
Activities:
?Answer customers questions over email and live chat in a professional and efficient
manner;
? Maintain SLAs and CSat rates;
? Troubleshoot and solve issues relating to both hardware and software;
? Guide customers on how to most effectively use the tools and technology;
? Act as an advocate for our customers, escalating issues where necessary;
? Provide insight on how to improve the support experience for our customers.
Requirements:
? Be proficient in English;
? Experience working in a fast-paced support environment;
? Experience troubleshooting technical issues.

? Experience with Zendesk, JIRA, Confluence;
