? Ensure that every customer receives the right support according to its needs;
? Oversee and ensure conflict resolution either with carriers and/or customers;
? Follow up the company processes and workflows in order to give full satisfaction to our customers;
? Provide training to new customers and or suppliers joining the community;
? Collaborate with the whole team with a continuous improvement approach;
? Support the invoicing process of the company.
? University Degree, B.S. or Master
? Strong client communication abilities and capacity to communicate.
? A self-starter who can demonstrate independence of thought and action (a person with great strength of proposal would be highly appreciated).
? You speak fluently French and English. Speaking also Spanish, and/or German is a clear advantage.
? You are extremely customer oriented.
? You are always looking forward and to find a quick and sustainable solution for your customer.
? You are also dynamic, highly motivated, rigorous, team player, hands-on, customer-oriented, flexible with a helicopter view, cost-consciousness and persuasiveness.
? You have experience in transportation (2PL, 3PL or 4PL).
