The Digital Project Manager is responsible for supporting digital program for the company businesses and markets and ensure that the goals of the digital program are accomplished.
Manage optimization projects/initiatives across websites in scope.
- Coordinate website template changes from functional specification to implementation testing and acceptance.
- Coordinate requests with other Website Optimization services resources.
- Coordinate activities with external agencies and internal IT teams (MSE).
- Monitoring and analysis of KPIs.
- Coordinate content and features implementations for markets websites.
- Deliver training on new features.
- Developing documentation.
- Ad-hoc tasks.
University Degree in Digital Marketing, Digital Technologies or related fields.
Excellent speaking, writing and editing skills in French (mandatory).
Excellent speaking, writing and editing skills in English.
Hands-on experience with Website project management with multiple stakeholders (at least 3 years).
Highly proactive, motivated, a team oriented mentality and attitude. Work approached with empathy, enthusiasm, ownership, responsibility, adaptability, balance and resilience.
Excellent communication skills (team collaboration, call, chat, email, tickets, etc.).
Hands on experience with Content Management Systems (preferably Drupal 7 and 8), SEO and analytic tools (at least 3 years)
Solid understanding of analytics and content optimization concepts and tools (Google marketing Platform, Google Optimize)
Solid understanding of SEO concepts and tools (ideally BrightEdge, DeepCrawl…).
Solid understanding of user experience optimization concepts and tools (SessionCam, Usabilla)
Familiarity with benchmarking tools (ideally SimilarWeb).
Good understanding of the digital marketing landscape.
Ability to work with ticketing and workflow tool.
Working in a corporate and multi-cultural environment.
