Drive products and software service contracts renewals in the small segment of existing customers through proactive, direct outreach.
Contact with the customers; mainly engage with information technology and the line of business.
Achieve service contracts renewal targets including quota and expected renewal rate and other key performance indicators as determined by the manager.
Provide professional support on incoming renewal inquiries and assistance throughout the contracts renewal process.
Advise existing customers on recommended renewal products and support service options including multi-year and coterminous renewals.
Collect, interpret and utilize customers' contracts and install base data to produce accurate customer-focused renewal reports and push that information into the renewal sales motion.
Create awareness and emphasize the value of the support services and licensed digital products when engaging with the customers.
Maintenance high-quality customers' contact database with frequent updates on digital and direct customer feedback.
Identify customers' accounts without active contacts and proactive acquisition of the right contacts to reach out with notifications about upcoming renewals.
Record customers' engagements in the sales tools, update internal databases and report on the customers' sentiment.
Proficient in English and advanced in one of the following languages: German, French, Russian, Arabic, Spanish.
Bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in Business, Communications or Technology.
Developed communication skills and flexibility to talk with business and technical professionals.
Developed self-confidence and influencing skills.
Basic analytical skills to understand complex data sets, produce summaries and customer-focused recommendations.
Willingness to continuous learning, team-oriented attitude and dynamic approach to work.
Good understanding and aptitude for technology.
Interests in communication technology, digital security, SaS business would be appreciated.
Customer service, sales or customer research experience would be appreciated.
Work Schedule: 9am - 6 pm from monday to friday
