HR Recruiting Administrator (M/F)

• Take care of HR Recruiting Administration tasks for example respond to general questions regarding the recruiting process
• Process incoming inquiries from applicants and handle agency communication in alignment with the Headquarters in Germany
• Translate job advertisements from German to English and publish them on internal and external job portals
• Schedule job interviews including room booking and alignment with the management
• Check incoming job requirements for standards and make necessary adjustments in consultation with the manager


• Working experience in a similar environment, preferably in a Human Resource Department
• Very good language skills in German and English
• Very good coordination and organizing skills
• Hands on mentality with a customer oriented mindset and the ability to work independently in an international environment
• Good IT skills such as MS-Office, experience with an applicant tracking system (SAP SuccessFactors) is a great advantage
