Support the development of projects related to Human Resources, with special focus in training and development activities such as:
- Performance and Talent Cycle;
- Local training plan and follow up;
- Global Training activities for managers and employees;
- Languages program;
- Development Programs (mentoring, etc);
Employer branding local activities (job fairs, build relationships with local universities, train our recruitment agency to optimize our recruitment strategy).
Support the Talent Graduate Program implementation in Portugal
Support the global LMS implementation
Local budget planning and follow up
Administrative tasks (including translations, coordinate internal events, reports, KPIs, etc)
This role will have a direct report to the Iberian Lead located in Spain and will report in dotted-line to the HR BP in Portugal.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or others;
+/-3 years of experience in HR (in Talent management, Learning or a generalist role);
Fluent in English. Knowledge of Spanish will be a plus;
Knowledge of Workday will be highly appreciated;
Soft skills: Team player, self-driven learner, good communications skills, pragmatic approach.
Outsourcing contract for a long term project.
