Adecco HR through it's shared service center team is currently looking for a Costumer Support (M/F), for one of its clients.

Funções

- Technical clarifications and product maintenance;
- Comfortable in crosseling for the presentation of new services / products.

Requisitos

Requirements:
- 12th year - complete;
- Experience in telephone customer service;
- Empathic and communicative candidates;
- Ability to manage stress and conflicts;
- Availability and solution oriented.
