Fleet Accountant (M/F) - Oeiras

Adecco Human Resources is currently searching and hiring a Fleet Accountant for a prestigious client in Oeiras area.

Funções

Work across the following activities:

General Accounting:
-Month-end period close;
- Manage all the fleet costs;
- Prepare and record accruals and provisions;
-Prepare and record journal vouchers and month-end fleet operations;
-Fleet reconciliations - fixed assets;
- P&L reconciliations;
- Rental and operational Leasing costs;
- Reconciliation of direct debit of the fleet costs;
- Perform reclassifications;
- Analyze the fleet costs and the variances;

Accounts Payable:
- Booking fleet invoices ensuring correct coding;
- Supplier’s accounts reconciliation;
- Prepare and analyze aging report;
- Prepare and apply payments to suppliers;
- Validation of the fleet invoices;
- Preparation of the fleet financing and send them to the Bank.

Requisitos

- Proven accounting skills;
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills;
- Good communication skills;
- Proactive and able to take initiative;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Strong customer focus, result & quality orientation with self-determination and willing to learn;
-Solid knowledge of MS Excel;
- Language skills: English.
