Adecco Human Resources is currently searching and hiring, through it's Shared Service Center Recruitment team, English speakers for a role of E-Learning Specialist for it's international telecommunications client.

Functions:

Will be responsible for the development and production of content, using best practices to create effective and captivating eLearning and blended sessions. Designing learning predominantly for employees with customer contact, a creative flair and an engaging writing style, as well as a strong team spirit and sense of initiative will ensure your success.
Will reshape existing content covering a wide range of topics from highly technical information to soft skills like call etiquette and develop it for an eLearning context. Collaborating with content providers and Trainers, you’ll define learning goals and see the development through from storyboarding to content development and implementation. Visual material is integral to our concept, so strength in creating video scripts and an ability to visualize information is an important part of your role. To close the loop, you have an interest in receiving feedback from learners and understanding analytics to constantly improve our eLearning delivery.

Requisitos

Requirements:

You have well-founded knowledge (preferably Bachelor-level studies) in the field of eLearning, adult education or communication, and/or an equivalent professional experience in Training or an instructional design-related role.
You have excellent knowledge of Articulate Storyline and Adobe Premiere. Experience in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop or Illustrator is an advantage.
Experience in the telecom industry or proven interest in relevant industry - technology will help you get your head around the more technical topics needed to be communicated.
You also bring the following skills to the job:
An ability to take complex information and distil it into simple, clear and engaging material
An eye for visual design and an ability to apply basic graphic design aspects to enhance learning materials
A willingness to be bold and try new things, rolling your sleeves up to get them done
A pragmatic perspective and a positive can-do attitude
An affinity for detail and quality
An ability to prioritize and manage your projects with adherence to deadlines

Language skills:
- English (business fluent)
- German, French or Italian (it's a plus)
