Funções

- Presentation, attraction, and sales through the dedicated hotline to present solutions, responding to requests received from potential customers, (both pre-qualified marketing leads, and partly 'cold'), providing clarifications about the  and proactively presenting value-added alternatives in order to close the largest possible number of deals with potential customers.

Requisitos

- Good level of English (mandatory);
- Previous experience in contact centre;
- 12 years of schooling (minimum);
- Proactivity;
- Strong orientation towards objectives;
- Proactivity;
- Resilience to adversity and capacity to overcome;
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills;
- Organizational skills
- Exceptional interpersonal relationships;

Oferta

- Basic salary: 1000€ + 7.00€ meal allowance;
- Variable performance bonus;
- Working hours: 09h00-18h00 / Monday to Friday;
- Outsourcing employment contract
