The job Description:

The Scale Delivery Management (formerly known as VDM) team is looking for a motivated, self-directed individual who can bring proven business operations skills to drive general coordination and management through a variety of complex administrative functions, including calendar management, coordinating meetings, and providing miscellaneous project support to the VDM Leadership Team.
This is a highly collaborative role and the best candidate will possess a natural business curiosity, be detail oriented and enjoy working with data and reporting in a diverse work setting. In addition to these characteristics, proven organizational skills, strong follow-through and problem-solving are valued. Experience with all Office products is important, especially Excel and Outlook.

Requisitos

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the tech industry, preferably MSFT with proficiency with Microsoft internal tools and reporting
• Experience in business support / operations management
• Medium to Advanced Excel Skill
• Proactive, growth mindset individual who is self-directed, organized, and dependable
• Open, confident communicator, effective engagement at all levels of the company
• High personal accountability and proven team collaboration capabilities
• Demonstrate high level of executive maturity and trust
• 3 - 5 years experience in the tech industry, preferably. Candidate with prior MSFT experience with proficiency in Microsoft internal tools and reporting would be preferred.
