As a Continuous Improvement- Global Project Lead you will be in responsible for detecting & driving Continuous Improvement project in Finance for all entities of the client company.

Funções

- Generate inventory of all the company's Legal entity;
- Work with top 5 country CFO to investigation rational to keep each entity or merge them;
- Regularly review status and challenge status quo;
- Cross SSC KPI project:
- Participate to cross SSC forum to foster existing best practice and increase KPI/SLA monitoring in SSC;
- Process mining: pursue deployment investigation on Process mining wherever enough standardize process to justify investment;
- Support investigation of country activities with impact in end to end process performance, detect improvement opportunities, support on solutions design and prioritization, closing the gap between finance and supply processes;
- Support in the articulation/governance with country teams to refine and implement solutions design and new processes that can be standardizedable as much as possible and facilitate SAP S/4 Hana deployment;
- Any other equivalent supporting action that would increase impact of SSC Continuous Improvement.

Requisitos

- Fluent in English + French (valued);
- Master’s degree in finance, advanced Analytics or equivalent;
- 5 plus years of professional experience;
- Engineering or Management background (Industrial Engineering and management is a plus);
- Data analysis, reporting and KPIs preparation:
- Experience with Continuous Improvement/Lean practices (Green/Yellow/Black Belt is a plus);
- Knowledge in SAP ECC & S/4 Hana architecture is a plus;
- Knowledge of Lean principles/tools as VSM; value vs waste, visual management, standard work, PDCA, SIPOC, one-piece flow, pull, 5S, etc.
- Experience in Lean problem-solving tools/root-cause analysis as A3, fish-bone diagrams (Ishikawa), 5 why’s etc.
- Supply Chain and operations knowledge is a plus.
