Adecco Human Resources through its specialization in Shared Service Center is currently hiring a Sales and Customer Service Executive, fluent in English, for its client.
• Ensure fast, high-quality service and support to new and existing customers, exclusively via email and webchat;
• Follow standard operating protocols (SOPs) and comply with service level agreements (SLAs) to respond appropriately;
• Provide a point of contact for potential new customers to support sales and marketing efforts and help increase the number of new subscriptions;
• Operational support and contact with other support teams when necessary;
• Use CRM Salesforce and other systems to capture customer data and voice to help the organization continually improve all areas of the customer experience.
• Excellent written and spoken skills for communicating in English – minimum level C1;
• Experience in sales and customer service.
• 100% homeoffice;
• Schedule: Thursday - Monday from 14pm to 22pm;
• Days off: Fixed Tuesdays and Wednesday;
