Adecco Human Resources is recruiting a Contact Center Administrative for one of its clients specialized in the Rent-a-car area in Oeiras
• Give support to our Call Center based in Braga and to the Sales department as back office, that is, all requests for escalations related to rent a car activity;
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage the workflow and ensure that all tasks are completed within the established deadline;
• Experience in customer service: be able to manage customer expectations and help the team solve problems efficiently;
• Ability to work with multiple technology platforms to manage customer service team operations
• Knowledge of the car rental industry and company policies. Be able to make quick and effective decisions to solve common rent-a-car problems;
• Communicate clearly with the team and customers;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to lead and motivate a customer service team;
• Experience with Gmail, Word, Excel and SalesForce.
• English (fluent)
- Initial and ongoing training;
- Direct labor contract with the client;
- Working hours: Monday to Friday from 09h00-18h00;
