Your responsibilities will be: Supporting users on any issues coming from HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors); Identifying and troubleshooting issues in HR systems; Performing employee records updates on the global HR system; Performing data quality control checks to ensure member data reliability and integrity; Creating appropriate user documentation and procedures (e.g. FAQ's) and assisting in end user training on the updated functionalities; Participating actively and collaboratively in HRIS project team discussions, providing recommendations to enhance and improve HR processes on the organizational HR systems; Collaborating with the team on HR Digital Transformation projects. To be successful in this position you must have: -Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Information Technology & Systems or related qualification -Previous experience in maintaining HR systems (e.g. SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors system, Workday, etc) -Expertise in Microsoft Excel with a proven ability to manipulate data and to learn business system -Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; -Solid analytical and critical thinking skills, with strong attention to detail -Willingness and ability to learn quickly and apply this knowledge -Ability to take initiative and work autonomously -Strong cultural sensitivity to manage relationships with people from diverse cultures.
