Adecco Human Resources is searching and hiring a Junior Employment Tax Role, for one of its pretigious clients in Carnaxide, Oeiras. Are you looking for a new project where you can support the group companies with employment tax and social security advice in cross-border situations as contribute to execute mandatory compliance obligations? Description/Functions: -Analyzing and clarifying fiscal taxes; -Interpreting pay slips; -Supporting the head of the Quality Deficit department; - Global assistance with tax and social security compliance, i.e. ensuring compliance with employment tax and social security regulations; - Assistance with all employment tax-related questions posed by various stakeholders (mobility specialists, business travel team, local payroll, HR, etc.) in situations of cross-border work activities; - Liaise with relevant external stakeholders and suppliers to ensure compliance and any possible optimization; - Monitoring tax and social security services requested from the supplier and managing out-of-scope requests; Requirements: - Degree in Taxation; -Knowledge of International Individual Taxation; - At least 1 to 4 years' professional experience in the field of employment taxes, preferably acquired in a consultancy environment in any of the Big4, in an industrial group or in a tax administration; - Fluency in English is essential and the ability to speak a second language is an advantage; - Ability to demonstrate strong listening and communication skills, both written and oral; - Ability to manage and organize your own workload; - Ability to travel when necessary. On offer: -Employment contract for 12 months; -Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.; -Basic salary; -Meal allowance (paid by meal card);
