📢 We're on the hunt for a dynamic individual who can speak both French and English and has an aptitude on sales and commercial roles to join our client's team in Lisbon. 💻 Mission Your mission will be maximizing sales through effective time management and by identifying opportunities (up-sell/cross-sell), delivering exceptional customer service, making outbound and receiving inbound calls to convey package value, maintaining compliance with approved scripts and keeping accurate records of client details while also addressing complaints empathetically. ☑ Profile Professional experience in the field is not required; however, strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach are essential. To ensure effective communication with our French-speaking clients, we will only consider candidates who possess a fluent level of French and an advanced level of English. 📄 You can expect 💼 Direct work contract with our client 📝 Initial and continuous training 💰 Base salary + monthly bonus performance + quarterly commissions 🍲 Meal allowance: 8.32€ (in card) 📍 Work at the office in Alcântara, Lisbon with the possibility of a hybrid regime after the training period 🕑 Schedules: Monday to Friday, rotative between 07h00-20h00 (8h daily)
