Role Overview As a Relocation Specialist, you'll be the go-to person for future employees as they embark on their relocation journey. Your role will involve coordinating the relocation process, ensuring quick integration into the team, organizing activities, and showcasing the best of Porto to make them feel like locals from day one. Key Responsibilities Guiding the Relocation Journey Be the first point of contact for candidates, assisting them with all aspects of their relocation process to Portugal. Seamless Integration Coordinate the details of their move, including transport, travel arrangements, and housing in Porto. Supportive Connection Provide ongoing support to new employees, addressing any organizational or administrative queries they might have Information Dissemination Equip candidates with all necessary information regarding formalities like bank accounts, residence cards, and medical care. Collaboration with Teams Work closely with HR and Talent Acquisition departments both locally and internationally to ensure a seamless relocation process. Curating Resources Prepare informative materials, local guides, and resources to help newcomers discover the city's attractions and amenities. Building Relationships Develop strong relationships with candidates and employees to be a trusted point of contact throughout their journey. Enriching Experiences Plan and organize daily tours, team-building activities, and city explorations to help newcomers acclimate. Continuous Feedback Maintain open communication with new hires to monitor their satisfaction and well-being in their new environment. Documentation and Improvement Keep accurate records to contribute to process improvement and sharing of best practices. Language Mastery Leverage your knowledge of the city's history, attractions, and local rules to be the perfect host for newcomers Requirements - University diploma or degree in a relevant field (HR or Tourism are valued) - Proven experience in Human Resources Administrative Management, Labour Relations, or Labour Law; - In-depth knowledge of Porto, including its history, attractions, and local resources; - Strong communication skills and a focus on providing exceptional customer service; - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; - Previous experience with HR IT solutions is a plus; - Strong command of English (B2/C1) and native proficiency in Portuguese.
