📣We are looking for a Italian P2P Process Improvement Officer in the Supply Management department for a client in the financial area in Porto.

➡The primary focus of the job is to support the delivery of the Supply Management Transformation program:
➖Supporting the standardization and development of the purchasing processes;
➖Monitoring of the catalogue management and assets;
➖Data collection for global projects' requirements;
➖Training of teammates in operative processes ;
➖Collaboration with P2P finance team members in Porto to assure alignment and to support the improvement of the End-to-End Process for P2P.

🎯
❕ Italian & English speaking & writing fluently;
❕ 3+ years of experience as a minimum;
❕ Bachelor’s degree or above;
❕ Experience of P2P process preferred;
❕ An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills;
❕ Procurement knowledge / exposure preferred;
❕ Data manipulation, SAP usage, building reports;
❕ Need to travel to Italy regularly.
