We are hiring a Customer Support Specialist, fluent in Spanish and English, who is looking to join a new professional project for one of our prestigious clients.
Activities:
- Oversee a portfolio of ~100 Menus to maintain with the goal of providing an industry-leading customer experience in Menu Management;
- Answer customers’ incoming questions quickly via email, and chat in a professional and efficient
manner;
- Guide customers on how to most effectively use of the tools and technology to improve business results;
- Proactively communicate with clients about product functionality;
- Handle customer tickets regarding menu issues to maintain SLAs.
- Experience in similar role;
- Good communication skills;
- Tech-friendly and already worked with back offices
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Contract with Adecco HR;
- 40 hours per week;
- Base value: 1430€ + 7,63€ (meal allowance);
- Location: Lisbon.
