💻 The primary focus of the job is to support the delivery of the Supply Management Transformation program: Supporting the standardization and development of the purchasing processes: the methodology, the organization, and the execution of the administrative tasks Monitoring of the catalogue management and assets Catalog migration (update SKUs listed, change assortment to sites, link of Product and Article) Monitoring and responsible of the system tests scenarios in the reporting tool Identify deviations from the to be process and escalate possible risks / differences to the Management Data collection for global projects' requirements Training of teammates in operative processes Collaboration with P2P finance team members in Porto to assure alignment and to support the improvement of the End-to-End Process for P2P 📎 Support points 1, 2 and 3 of the plan describe above. More precisely: Support the analysis of currently implemented P2P process steps, support to evaluate results and implement the improvement plan according to the project plan. Executes rules and procedures for data management and prepares reporting to support the business Train project team members in supply management Attend / provide trainings on new ways of working for End-User Handling of proper catalogue management Establish and Monitoring of Catalogues Data point collection and implementation Improve current Catalog Management quality and introduce the link between Article and Product according to global standards Global Hierarchy implementation / maintenance Harmonizes the interests of the Global SM team and the Spanish team to help building project plans Preparation of international reports Actual training of every human resource assigned to data validation or catalog management Coordination of data collection’s tasks for any global requirements ✔ French & English speaking & writing fluently Good communication skills Knowledgeable of our food services industry & operations: food platform, P2P process for operations, site reality and challenges, etc. • An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and collaboration skills Procurement knowledge / exposure preferred Data manipulation, SAP usage, building reports Experience of P2P process preferred Detailed oriented, hands-on, ability to manage large data manipulation (Excel, data capture, etc.) 3+ years of experience as a minimum Bachelor’s degree or above Need to travel to Belgium regularly
