Accounts Payable - English - Lisbon

💥 Are you an English speaker looking for your next financial challenge in an international company? We have the project for you!

👉 What will you do?

▪ Manage incoming invoices;

▪ Ensure correct processing of invoices, credit and debit notes incl. posting and check of legal requirements, especially VAT;

▪ Analyze price/ quantity differences for received goods and services and follow up with other functions;

▪ Develop process documentation;

▪ Liaise with colleagues in other plants and teams to solve issues with invoices.


👉 Who you are:

▪ Fluent in English (written and spoken);

▪ ERP System experience - SAP FI (mandatory), and experience in the use of MS Office tools;

▪ Attention to detail;

▪ Professional experience in accounting and shared service environment is a plus;

▪ Academic background in accounting or management is a plus;

▪ Communication skills and cooperative mindset.
