Why Dive into This Spectacular Adventure? 🏁 Own the development and implementation of content from start to finish working with Product/Project Managers, Communications Specialists, Instructional Designers and Trainers 📝 Map out and align content plans together with internal and external stakeholders. 🔄 Identify new/updated content needs and integrating them into existing channels/tools and training materials. 🤝 Align with Communications to build content delivery plan and communications strategy with associated activities 🔍 Meet with the Training and Quality teams regularly to understand knowledge gaps/misunderstandings that need to be addressed in the content 👥 Train the Trainers on new/updated materials and provide details on what content has changed on a regular basis. 👀 Attend trainings once content has been developed to see how content is landing and amend content based on unclarities and commonly occurring questions.
