We are recruiting a Deal Support and Contracting Assistant (M/F)!
We are a regional Services Deal Desk unit assisting our local Sales teams in respect to contract
creation, review, approvals and final contact issue to customers via internal contract processing
routines in the internal SAP systems, considering formal, commercial, and legal requirements.
The role is a additional help to support our German-speaking international subsidiaries (Germany, Austria, Switzerland (DACH)) for Premium Engagement (PE) contracts.
• Commercial/Contracting background with 3-5 years professional experience in either a legal, commercial or comparable deal supporting function
• Good understanding of contract management/processing
• very good communication skills (spoken and written), fluency in both German and English is mandatory
• Pro-active, self-confident, reliable working style incl. strong self-organisation and prioritization skills
• customer oriented & results driven personality including a high-quality work ethics with an attention to details and an affinity for numbers.
• willingness to actively adhere to business rules and standards • Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• any experience with contracting tools or SAP systems (ERP, Callidus, Librex, DocuSign)
• a general interest in process-oriented tasks
• any additional language next to English and German
