German Sales coach and analyst - Lisbon

Adecco Portugal is currently searching and hiring German and English speakers for a role of German Sales coach and analyst for it's international telecommunications client, based in Lisbon.

Funções

As a German Sales coach and analyst your main tasks will be:

1. Sales training:
• Give sales reps individual training to improve their sales skills, product knowledge and adherence to processes.
• Offer feedback to help reps overcome challenges and achieve sales targets.
• Adapt training plans to the needs and performance of each rep.

2. Training and development:
• Develop and deliver training on sales techniques, handling objections and product features.
• Ensure that new hires receive full and continuous training in order to be successful.
•Identify training needs and improve skills through performance analysis.

3. Performance analysis:
• Analyze sales data to find trends and areas for improvement.
• Monitoring KPIs such as conversion rates and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with managers to increase sales based on information.

4. Quality assurance:
• Monitor sales interactions to check compliance and service standards.
• Provide training to maintain high-quality interactions with customers.
• Implementing continuous improvement processes.

5. Cross-functional collaboration:
•Partner with other departments to align sales with organizational goals.
• Sharing ideas for learning and improvement across the organization.

Requisitos

• Languages: German native / English;
• Specialized sales training or equivalent;
• Excellent knowledge of PC- / MS-Office
• Great motivation
• Determination
• Strong initiative and implementation
• Enthusiasm and positivism

Oferta

We offer:
• 1500€ gross base salary + 8,23€ Meal Allowance + Monthly Performance Bonus + Flex Work Allowance;
• Direct Contract with the Client;
• MON - FRI (8am-7pm rotative);
• 100% at the office - Lisbon
