📣We are looking for Italian Speakers to work in Content Moderation for a client in the city of Lisbon.

The purpose of the role is to: ⏩ Review, classificate and eliminate content according to client guidelines, using specific tools and channels. ⏩ Investigate, resolve, and relay complex content issues to the broader Trust and Safety team. ⏩ Participate in process improvement initiatives that improve quality and efficiency of work. ⏩ Participate in continuous training programs and workgroup discussions for optimal development in the role. ⏩ Engage in conversation around socially sensitive topics with the purpose of keeping the communities safe. NOT CALL CENTER 🎯 You need to be/have: ❕ Fluent in Italian (at least a B2/C1 level) and good knowledge of English; ❕ Completed Education (12º year- minimum); ❕ Strong coping, emotional resilience, and stress-management skills; ❕ Excellent attention to detail and strong critical thinking and decision-making skills; ❕ Deep familiarity and passion for the internet, diferent platforms and its culture; ❕ Able to work well individually and as part of a team and to work different rotations/shifts.
