Workday Support Agent - Oeiras

Position Overview:
We are the driving force behind Workday supporting our network of diverse countries. As a
Workday Support Agent at Europcar, you will play a crucial role in supporting end-users in their
daily use of Workday, making sure their questions are answered in a timely and efficient
manner. This is a permanent position.

Responsibilities
As a Workday Support Agent, you will:
- Act as Workday ambassadors to promote Workday.
- Support Workday end-users by answering to their queries on time and at the
appropriate level of quality.
- Guide end-users to help them resolve difficulties by themselves.
- Document cases resolution and close cases according to established procedures.
- Facilitate end-user training on specific topics or campaigns.
- Take part in communicating on Workday features, tips & tricks, and campaigns on a
weekly basis through various channels.
- Continuously develop the required technical skills and behaviors to deliver at the highest standard.
- Be forceful in proposing improvements and additional features to deliver more value at group and country level.
- Be the guardian of Europcar’s Workday Guiding Principles, supporting end-users
keeping in mind global and aligned to the company strategic needs.
- Stay up-to-date with Workday updates and best practices to ensure continuous
improvement.
- Internal and External Relationships
- Internal: main interactions with function / country HR representatives, and countries’
leadership teams.
- External: Workday, Consulting firm involved in the implementation of Workday
- Previous Experience
- 1 to 3 years in similar activities
- Business school
- Knowledge of Workday HCM is a plus

Offer:
- Direct contract with our client;
- Base Salary + Meal Allowance + Home Office allowance
- Fixed Schedules - Monday to Friday (4x per month at the office)
- Location: Oeiras
