Cozinheiro Halal (M/F) - Aeroporto de Lisboa

Adecco Human Resources is seeking to recruit a Halal Cook for a prestigious client company operating in the catering sector, at Lisbon Airport

Funções

- Comply with the company's quality policy and standards;
- Comply with the rules and procedures as defined in the Quality and Food Safety Manual;
- Prepare and cook meals according to the defined specifications (technical sheet, recipes, etc.), production plan and agreed service levels, as well as food safety procedures (HACCP), especially regarding the HALAL Kitchen;
- Prepare or assist in the preparation of the menus;
- Provision of kitchen supplies and preparation of daily consumption records (on the computer system);
- Receiving food and other products needed to prepare meals. Ensuring their storage, protection and preservation;
- Ensuring that information is available on the quantities needed to prepare dishes and menus;
- Participating in the process of selecting new products for the HALAL kitchen. Assisting in the preparation of test meals and analysing the results;
- Preparing and cooking fish, vegetables and meat;
- Serving and garnishing cooked dishes;
- Preparing desserts for meals;
- Ensuring the cleanliness of the kitchen, utensils and other equipment in accordance with hygiene regulations.

Requisitos

- Culinary and food production training (preferred);
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a HALAL kitchen being a mandatory requirement;- In-depth knowledge of managing a HALAL kitchen;
- Training and experience in compliance with food safety and quality standards, particularly HACCP techniques;
- User friendly computer skills;
- Initiative and dynamism;
- Organisational skills and accountability;
- Attention to detail and accuracy.

Oferta

- Basic salary commensurate with experience.
- Rotating working hours between 7am and 8pm, with rotating days off.
- Contract with Adecco, with the possibility of integration.
