Adecco Human Resources is looking for a highly detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic to join the team of privacy and security experts processing requests for user data.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate excellent judgement, prioritize effectively and work collaboratively whilst under pressure; communicating effectively with external and internal stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

🔈 Follow local government and Uber’s policies in responding to requests from law enforcement in a timely manner;
🔈 Identify, escalate and respond to emergencies promptly and effectively;
🔈 Manage internal and external stakeholders through clear, concise and rational communication;
🔈 Be flexible and prepared to cover weekend duties and public holidays as necessary.
🔈Contribute to process improvement of procedures, new features/products to reinforce data protection of our users;
🔈 Making phone calls to law enforcement officers;
 
What will make you successful in the project?

🔹 Fluency in reading, writing and conversational English and a second European language.
🔹 Confidence to interact with police and other government agents in a calm, professional manner within a high pressure and rapidly evolving environment.
🔹 Able to work independently with impeccable judgment.
🔹 Skilled in various computer systems, internet technology and software (PC, Mac, MS Office, online research, etc.).
🔹 0-2 years of work experience, most preferably on online operations environment.
