📣 We are recruiting a Strategy Analyst (M/F) for Lagoas Park.

You will work directly on the strategy and operationalization of campaigns!
- You will have the support of several teams;
- Marketing: Something that will also be very close.

Get to know the functions to be performed better:
- Support the retention team with complaints & queries arising from communication channels, about cards, coupons and others;
- Billing control and respective maps, always aligning costs and expenses with the budget;
- Work with the IT area to control and resolve operations and associated problems;
- Design and develop campaigns, promoting and analyzing their application in the field;
- Ensure the effectiveness of processes and associated costs & support local teams;
- Other associated administrative tasks.


👉 To do this, you must comply with the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (or master's degree) in Management or similar;
- Understanding of loyalty claims;
- Experience in similar functions (preferred);
- Knowledge of campaign management through CRM [CRM, API’S, etc.];
- Fluent English (eliminatory);
- Vision of communication and the effect it causes in the medium and long term;
- Analytical and strategic capacity;


👉 This is our offer:
- Continuity project under Outsourcing, with possible integration at the Client;
- Basic monthly salary between €1700-1800 [through experience];
- Daily Food Allowance (on meal card): €6.50;
- Working Hours: MON to FRI from 09:00 to 18:00.
- Hybrid Regime;
