As a Dutch Customer Support Representative, you'll be the friendly voice of our brand, assisting our Dutch-speaking customers with their queries and ensuring they have a seamless experience.

YOUR TASKS:
☝ You will answer the Clients questions, via email or phone call.
☝ You must work on continuous improvement for the clients satisfaction.

YOUR PROFILE:
☝ Native or Fluent Dutch (mandatory) + Fluent English (B2)
☝ Experience in Customer Support (preferable).

WHAT WE OFFER:
Schedule: Monday to Friday (08:00H to 20:00H - Rotative 8h shifts) // Saturday and Sunday (08:00H to 17:00H) - 2 Days Off
☑ Directly contract with the client.
☑ Base Salary: 1100€ (x14 months)
☑ Meal Allowance: 7,23€ (per day)
☑ Performance Bonus: 120€ (x12 months)
☑ Complexity Bonus: 135€ (x11 months)
☑ Transport Allowance: 20€ (per month)
☑ Health Insurance since the 1st day
