Job Description/Responsibilities:

🚩Matching invoices to packing slips and purchase orders.
🚩Getting approvals on invoices without packing slips.
🚩Inputting invoices into the system.
🚩Printing A/P checks.
🚩Auditing and processing credit card bills.
🚩Reconciling vendor statements and fixing any discrepancies.
🚩Addressing vendor inquiries.
🚩Assisting in month-end closing.
🚩Filing A/P invoices and checks.
🚩Supporting other projects as needed.

Requirements:

🚩Mid to higher education level with a working and thinking capacity of at least 2 years.
🚩Fluent in English (mandatory).
🚩Focused on executing tasks within a specific specialization, where fewer variables come into play.
🚩More proactive than reactive. Quick to ask questions, independently solve minor problems, and explore familiar solutions first.
🚩Capable of making decisions that promptly lead to the best possible solutions within established procedures. Possesses excellent practical problem-solving skills.
🚩Able to anticipate and handle unexpected disruptions in the regular workflow, understanding the consequences of actions.
🚩Skilled in gathering, organizing, arranging, and planning concrete business information.
🚩Available to work in a hybrid work arrangement.
