Your responsabilities: ▶ Leverage data to plan, coordinate, analyse and optimise CRM activities. ▶ Develop creative promotions and campaigns to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement. ▶ Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Ops, Design, Content, BI Analytics) to optimise campaign performance. ▶ Accountable for the day-to-day campaign build across different tech platforms, smooth customer journey and collaborate with the Operations team to ensure seamless campaign delivery. ▶ Ensure high-quality standards in all campaign executions, minimising errors in creative, audience targeting and proposition. ▶ Implement CRM campaign tracking to measure and attribute CRM spend and performance accurately. ▶ Ensure promotional materials are compliant, appropriate, and competitive. ▶ Execute A/B testing driven by CRM optimisation strategy. ▶ Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports. Present findings, results and recommendations on campaign strategies, target groups and creative efficiency. ▶ Maintain and update customer segmentation and personalisation strategies. ▶ Ongoing monitoring of channel and campaign performance and its budget. ▶ Accountable for campaign performance, including impact on KPIs e.g. reach, engagement, conversion rates, reactivation rates, turnover, NGR, budget, etc. ▶ Identify opportunities for process improvements and campaign optimisation. ▶ Support the adoption of new tools and technologies to enhance CRM activities. Your Specialist skills and experience: ☝ Fluent in Portuguese and English (mandatory). ☝ Effective analysis and presentation of data; ability to summarise complex data sets into clear messages ☝ 3 years of experience in CRM or a related field, including proven track record of campaign optimisation. ☝ Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically; ability to articulate ideas clearly. ☝ Proactive in managing own workload and delivering results. ☝ Knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce and Optimove ☝ Understanding of CRM leglisation and best practices ☝ Online sports betting and gaming experience. ☝ University degree or equivalent within Marketing or related field.
