Event Officer - French (M/F) Porto

We are recruiting Event Officer (M/F) for a Client based in the Center of Porto.

The event officer is the client's point of entry for setting up the event according to the specifications, from the definition of the concept to the confirmation.

The project lasts 9 - 12 months. The possibility of continuing exists!!

Specifically, these will be your tasks:
- Understand the requirements and details of each event
- Plan and organize events considering the constraints (meet up, seminars, meetings...)
- Ensure that the services booked are adapted to the client's needs: Make suggestions for the success of the event
- If necessary, find suppliers and service providers and conduct negotiations
- Approve all the points with the project manager during the handing over of the file
- Analyze the client's feedback and suggest areas for improvement if necessary

You must have:
-Degree in Logistics, Project Management, Marketing, Communication;
-Experience in logistics and project management (1-3 years);
-Knowledge of ms office and planner;
- Fluency in French and English.
