🔎 What you'll do:
You will be responsible for the contact with users who request a specific service (after 48 hours) or resume contact with previous users.
You need to understand the real needs of users, confirm company data and pass user contacts to suppliers.

👥 Who we're looking for:
Native or Fluent Italian + Fluent in English (mandatory)
Previous experience in contact center (preferable)

🏁 What we offer:
Direct contract with the client
Base salary: 950€ (per month)
Bonus: 100€ (100% objetives)
Meal Allowance: 7,80€ (meal card- tax free!)
Transport Allowance: 20€ (per month in a card - tax free!)
Offices: Parque das Nações, Lisbon.
