- Answering calls from our members;
- Handle management queries, requests for information and complaints by telephone;
- Understanding members' requests and finding solutions;
- Communicate in a personalized and humanized way;
- Use various contact channels with members, keeping up with technological developments (chatbot, among others);
- Participating in improving the quality of customer service (proposing improvements to processes, analyzing complaints, etc.).
- One day a week in the back office, working on customer files.
- Fluent in French;
- Experience in call center environment;
- Direct contract with the client;
- Salary 1200€ + 9€ Meal Allowance + internal benefits;
- MON-FRI (starting at 7h30 or 8h or 8h30);
- Hybrid (Parque das Nações) after the first 3 months.
