We are currently looking for an E-Commerce Manager with experience in the retail sector to join the team.

📍 Vila Nova de Gaia, Grijó
📍 Monday to Friday, flexible work hours

📌 Your mission:
- Define the annual e-commerce strategy and budget;
- Ensure the management of the e-commerce logistics process until delivery to the customer and guarantee its continuous optimization;
- Ensure continuous improvement of the website in order to improve the customer experience and boost sales;
- Analyze sales, inventories and stocks, following up and monitoring KPIs and suggesting the necessary actions to maximize them;
- Suggesting products or ranges for the e-commerce channel in coordination with the commercial area;
- Negotiating, building and developing good partnership relations with internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 What you need to embark on this mission:
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (at least C1 level);
- French knowledge is a plus;
- Degree in Management, Marketing or similar;
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role;
- Experience in digital marketing tools (SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads);
- Ability to analyze and interpret data;
- Focus on customer experience;
- Good communication and influencing skills;
- High sense of responsibility and team spirit.
