We are looking for French and English speakers to join our client in Lisbon!

Responsabilities:
▶ Respond to incoming user requests on the platform
▶ Follow up on requests until resolution
▶ Escalate challenges encountered with clients to the assigned Performance Coach
▶ Train and proactively support clients in mastering the platform
▶ Proactively promote the platform innovations to clients

Profile:
👉 Fluent in French and English
👉 Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role required
👉 Proficiency in IT tools and various communication channels
👉 Excellent interpersonal skills

Conditions:
✔ Permanent contract (40h/week)
✔ Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
✔ Base Salary: 1400€
✔ Meal allowance: 7.23€/day
✔ Health Insurance
✔ Monthly transport pass reimbursement (40€)
