📢 Are you ready to be our next Resolution Customer Support Representative? We're seeking a dynamic individual who thrives on accuracy and enjoys the thrill of financial operations. As a Resolution Customer Support Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that the clients needs and issues are supported!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
▶ Executes complex transactions for NFC customers
▶ Provides guidance to facilitate transaction execution​
▶ Develops and communicates mitigation plans for issues identified
▶ Provides escalations that need immediate end-to-end resolution and feedback to customers and internal stakeholders
▶ Assists in legal case support to ensure ability to minimize penalties and decreased customer experience
▶ Provides support to sales on any questions that may arise when a customer is activated

KEY SKILLS:
👉 Language skills: English mandatory
👉 Other internacional languages are a plus!
👉 Experience in Customer Support and Claims
👉 Good communication skills
