📣We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist for a client in Porto.

Tasks:
➡ Delivering the best employee experience during all HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, employees enquires);
➡ Coordinate the payroll process;
➡ Help in the recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening and interviewing when needed;
➡ Collaborate with the hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely and efficient hiring;
➡Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Updating and maintaining HR policies and procedures, as well as HR Records and documentation.
➡Attendance control;



🎯 You need to have/be:
❕ Fluent in English (C1);
❕ Bachelor or master’s degree in Human Resources or similar field;
❕ 3+ years professional experience;
❕ Knowledge of Portuguese labor legislation laws;
❕ Good Excel knowledge (mandatory);
❕ Customer Focus: internal & external;
❕ Good Planning and Organization skills;
❕ Able to multitask.
