Adecco Portugal is currently searching and hiring German and English speakers for a role of German Team Leader for it's international telecommunications client, based in Lisbon.
As a Team Leader your main tasks will be:
• Management, support, organization, and further development of the assigned team
• Management of approximately 8 to 10 employees
• Constant monitoring of team performance and achievement of annual objectives
• Regular coaching / feedback of individual team members (motivation training) and guarantee of
employee process know-how
• Discussions on performance and objectives with each employee
• Guarantee quality and quantity standards within the team
• HR Responsibilities: time and Absence management, involvement in recruiting process
• Coordination of customer requests in respective internal departments and responsibility for service and process improvement measures
• Optimization of existing processes
• Languages: German native / English;
• Specialized sales training or equivalent;
• Experience in team management of a call center team;
• A strong service mentality and customer orientation;
• Excellent knowledge of PC- / MS-Office
• Great motivation
• Determination
• Strong initiative and implementation
• Enthusiasm and positivism
We offer:
• 1530€ gross base salary + 8,23€ Meal Allowance + Monthly Performance Bonus + Flex Work Allowance;
• Direct Contract with the Client;
• MON - SAT (7am-9pm rotative);
• 100% at the office - Lisbon
