Your Mission?
🔧 Assist customers with technical troubleshooting.
💻 Provide digital support for a range of products and services.

Who are we looking for?
Native/fluent in Norwegian (mandatory) + Fluent English (mandatory)
🌟 A good and detailed knowledge of IT Fundamentals, Operating Systems, Desktop Applications, Networking, Network protocols...
🌟 Able to control interactions with customers using persuasion and influencing skills.
