The purpose of the role is to:
➡ Prepare customs entry documentation based on paperwork supplied with the shipment;
➡ Check if all customs documentation is completed correctly;
➡ Contact customers by email to provide any missing or unclear information necessary to allow customs clearance;
➡ Ensure accuracy within a fast-paced goal orientated environment.

🎯 You need to be:
❕ Fluent in German (B1+/B2) and good knowledge of English (B2);
❕ Team player with can-do attitude;
❕ Customer focused with excellent communication skills;
❕ Good computer skills including Microsoft Office;
❕ Willing to develop in a multinational/ multicultural environment.
