📢 Are you keen on back-office tasks and passionate about Costumer Service? We're looking for French and English speakers to work for our client, an Insurance Company! 💻 Your daily mission will be advising and assisting insureds via phone and e-mail regarding the payments of their benefits, managing customer relations and contributing to clients' satisfaction. You'll also be responsible for the administrative management of the insured's contracts and health benefits. ☑ Profile - You speak fluent French and English since you will be working with French-speaking clients; - You are passionate about Customer Service; - Previous experience in the insurance sector is an asset. 📄 Details 💼 Direct contract with the client 📝 Continuous training 💰 Base monthly salary: 1100€ multiplied for 14 months 🍲 Meal allowance: net 8€ per worked day 🚎 Transport allowance: 35€ per month; 📈 Annual bonus based on recurring results up to 150€ + quarterly team bonus up to 180€ ↔ Possibility of internal mobility (according to the eligibility criteria) 🏥 Free family health / life insurance from day 1 🕑 Working hours/patterns: 40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday (one weekend worked every other month, after 4 months of presence), rotating shifts (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM / 9:00 AM to 06:00 PM / 10:00 AM to 19:00 PM); Saturday and Sunday: payment 50% and Bank holidays: payment 100% + 1 day off; Employees keep 2 consecutive days off when they will work during the weekend 🏠 Telework charter : possibility of working remotely after 6 months of seniority within the group 2 days per week (up to 3 days for pregnant women or people who have a child under 8 years old) 📍 Work at the office: Av 5 de Outubro (Lisbon)
