The Resource Management department of the Communications and Corporate Affairs function is seeking a candidate who will be responsible to launch, follow and manage the order of external spend in the main Airbus procurement tool (Click and Buy).

You will be responsible for the:✨
- Creation of the procurement order request in the tool;
- Follow-ups on the procurement order request until the purchase order is created;
- Modification and update of any relevant information directly in the tool;
- Management and follow-up on the receipt of the purchase order by the appropriate parties;
- Management and check of the invoice register / amount.

In addition, you will be the key focal point on buying policy knowledge (when it comes to modifications / updates in the tool) and will also be responsible for measuring and monitoring KPIs related to the department’s performance.

Requirements - the ideal candidate will have:✨
- Basic Finance and Accounting knowledge;
- Strong work ethic behaviors and attention to ethical and compliance rules/approach;
- Previous experience in cross-functional / multicultural environments;
- Rigorous and oriented towards team work;
- Experience in Google Suite, and in SAP is a plus;
- Language: Negotiation level in English.
