RESPONSIBILITIES:
▶ Executes complex transactions for NFC customers
▶ Provides guidance to facilitate transaction execution​
▶ Develops and communicates mitigation plans for issues identified
▶ Provides escalations that need immediate end-to-end resolution and feedback to customers and internal stakeholders
▶ Assists in legal case support to ensure ability to minimize penalties and decreased customer experience
▶ Provides support to sales on any questions that may arise when a customer is activated

KEY SKILLS:
👉 Language skills: English and German mandatory
👉 Experience in Customer Support and Claims
👉 Good communication skills

OFFER:
✔ Base salary + Meal Allowance: 9€
✔ Direct contract with the client;
✔ Schedule: 08H-17H or 09H-18H with a hybrid regime (after the 2nd month);
