German Collections Representative - Hybrid

RESPONSABILITIES:
▶ Stratify collection activities to maximize cash receipts
▶ Contact customers regarding overdue accounts and determine reasons for non payment
▶ Issue payment commitment letters
▶Coordinate customer credit changes
▶Maintain accurate records about the customer payment status

KEY SKILLS:
👉 German Fluent + English B2
👉 Customer Service experience
👉 Good written and verbal communication skills

OFFER:
✔Direct contract with the client
✔Base salary: 1400€
✔Meal Allowance + Health Insurance
✔Monday - Friday (9am to 6pm)
✔Hybrid (2 days per week at the office)
