Registered Veterinary Nurse – Join Our Team in Lisbon! (Hybrid Role) 🐾

Are you a Registered Veterinary Nurse looking for a fresh direction in your career?

Our customer-facing team is growing, and we're on the lookout for a dedicated Registered Vet Nurse to be a key member, addressing complex customer queries with your technical expertise.
If you're passionate about animal health and enjoy guiding pet owners on nutrition and health management, this might be the role you’ve been searching for.

What You’ll Do:
You’ll bring your experience from small animal practices or referral clinics to provide top-notch, science-led advice on pet health, therapeutic nutrition and well-being. Working closely with pet owners and veterinary professionals, you’ll:

▶ Resolve customer queries creatively and with empathy, building trust through your expertise.
▶ Offer direct support to both customers and veterinarians on topics such as health conditions, nutritional needs and therapeutic diets.
▶ Collaborate with team members, sharing veterinary advice and providing ongoing support and training.
▶ Communicate seamlessly through phone, email and video, adapting to evolving customer needs.

Key Skills We’re Looking For:
▶ Bachelor’s in Veterinary Nursing from an EAEVE-approved or accredited university.
▶ At least 2 years of experience in a veterinary setting (practice, referral clinic or small animal hospital).
▶ Qualification or CPD in Small Animal Clinical Nutrition (SACN).
▶ Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
▶ Versatile problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and ability to prioritize under pressure.
▶ Strong relationship-building skills, especially with veterinary professionals.
