Refund Desk Agent - Lisbon Airport

What you will do:
▶ You offer refund services as well as 1st level support during refund processes, delivering a consistent and professional service in line with the current policies and procedures;
▶ You perform administrative tasks related to the data processing of document refunded.

Who you are:
☑ Min. 1 year working experience in a comparable position (finance industry, hospitality, retail luxury);
☑ Experience in cash handling and relevant procedures;
☑ Fluency in written and spoken English;
☑ Ability to work in customer- facing roles.
