What'll be your mission?
- Support the Operations Team: Assist with analytics and process improvements to optimize efficiency.
- Coordinate Major Initiatives: Help operationalize large events, promotions, and programs, all aimed at enhancing the Rider experience.
- Stay Organized: Manage and maintain extensive documentation, ensuring everything is up-to-date and easily accessible. Superior organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail are essential.
- Communicate Effectively: Collaborate with internal and external partners, leveraging strong communication and interpersonal skills to keep everyone aligned.

What are we looking for?
- Education: B.A. or B.S. (recent graduates are highly encouraged to apply!).
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in operations, analytics, or related fields (internships count!).
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a strong sense of follow-through.
- Strong analytical thinking is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English.

- Full-time position, from 09H00 to 18H00 Monday to Friday;
